Can you deliver in the morning?

Of course. Please call us directly to request the time. We will try to accommodate your request.

 Do you deliver to hospitals?

Of course. We think it’s one of the nicest ways to show your care and love. There are so many studies that show the immense benefits of sending flowers to someone who is in the hospital. We have special relationships with all the hospitals in our area and know the ins and outs of delivering there. Rest assured our customer service specialist will reach out to the hospital and confirm that your recipient is approved to receive flowers and keep you closely updated if anything about the delivery arises.

Additionally, we cannot make deliveries to either Intensive Care Units (ICU) or Critical Care Units (CCU) of hospitals due to hospital policy. In the event that the intended recipient is in either the ICU or CCU, we will hold the order until they move to a regular room. We will arrange the freshest products to be delivered at that time.

  

What if no one is home when you arrive?

We always retain the wonderful element of surprising the person you’re sending flowers to. If our delivery driver knocks on the door and there is no answer, if no one is available to receive the flowers upon attempted delivery, our customer service team will call the recipient’s phone number. If no one answers, we may call you to ask you to advise. In occurrences when we do not feel like there is a sine place to leave the flowers, we return them to the shop and notify you and your recipient, letting your recipient know to reach out to us to reschedule the delivery of a fresh arrangement at a time that works best for them. A second delivery fee will be applied to the credit card on your order and we will reschedule the delivery.   Please note we do not leave flowers outside unless instructed. Sender accepts responsibility if flowers are damaged or stolen as a result.

 

Will my flowers look like the picture?

Due to variant sizes, it will have the same vibe, overall look and color. There are very certain instances when one type of flower is not in it’s prime, so we will substitute with an equivalent or better flower that most closely resemble the look and feel of the arrangement you chose. Our design team’s eye is exceptional and anytime we substitute the arrangement will look just as (if not sometimes more) stunning. Our #1 commitment is to your happiness and the quality of our arrangements.

 

How should I care for the flowers or plants?

Keep flowers and plants out of direct sunlight and away from air vents that blow air on them. For flowers, it is best to fill the vase to the very top as soon as it arrives and to refresh the water daily. You should be able to tilt the vase so that most of the water will pour out. Then refill it with fresh water. If one flower shows signs of wilting, you can just simply remove it and enjoy the remaining flowers. For green and blooming plants, wait to add water until the soil becomes dry. When watering, soak the soil and then pour off or out any excess water. If you ever want to transplant to a bigger pot, just wait at least a few weeks so the plant can adjust to their new environment before they undergo major changes in their pot and soil. For orchids or succulents, wait about 10 days between watering and provide only a small amount of water. Orchids and succulents thrive in a dryer environment! Overwatering is a very common way to cause the orchid to be unhappy!

 

Are you still delivering for today?

For local area deliveries in Buckhead, Brookhaven, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Midtown, Downtown, we are almost always able to make same day deliveries until 2pm. Please give us a call if the zip code you entered on our site is restricting you from ordering and you do need the flowers today- we will verify delivery options and instruct how to proceed with online order.

On some busier days, we can become fully booked for the day. If the option is not available online, always feel free to call and we can see if any availability is possible. We’d love to review various accommodations and see if we can consider getting you on the list.

For Last minute Priority orders for same day pick up or delivery, a $100 Last Minute Priority Fee Will be applied.

  

There is a mistake on my order, how can I make a change?

Our customer service specialists are very well trained to help you and are motivated to make sure everything is perfect. We’re at the ready for just that. Let us know the new information and we’ll happily update your order if it hasn’t departed from the shop. Call us at 404 -599 - 3725 immediate service. You are responsible for all information provide when you placed the order. All sales are final, so be sure the correct information is accurate.

 

I’m seeking a specific or rare flower to include in my arrangement, can you help with that?

Of course. If it is available, we can probably get it in time for your delivery. Just call or email us at least a day in advance. Let us know what we can help you find for your custom needs.

  

What details will you need from me for my order?

We’ll need the recipient’s name, the address where you want us to deliver to, and the phone number for your recipient. Most people like to send a thoughtful card message along with the flowers, so you can prepare this in advance, or you can work with our talented service team who are well versed in composing meaningful card messages that convey what you want. There is no charge at all for a card message. We’ll ask just for all normal billing information. All information communicated is highly confidential and secure.

 

What if I’m disappointed in the flowers?

We don’t think that will happen. If your recipient’s gifts are anything less than what you had in mind when you were ordering, we want to know.
